<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of suitably simply molding a workpiece into a desired shape with a desired thickness even when an operation state of a manual type roller movement operational tool is not constantly maintained in spinning the workpiece by operating the roller movement operational tool. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spinning apparatus is provided with a process state maintaining means 40 for maintaining respective operations of a lateral feeding mechanism Rz and a longitudinal feeding mechanism Rx, in accordance with input of a maintaining instruction, to correspond to the operation state of the roller movement operational tool 35 at the time when the maintaining instruction is inputted.
