<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-purifying cartridge capable of suppressing fluctuation of flow rate of water which flows through the interior thereof even when water introduced from an upper part is ejected from a lower part, and to provide a water purifier including the water-purifying cartridge. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A purifying chamber S2 for purifying water and an additive accommodating chamber S1 for accommodating an additive 16 to be added to water are formed in a case 7 of the water-purifying cartridge 6, and an air collection part 27 is disposed on an under side of a diaphragm 14 disposed on a lower part of the additive accommodating chamber S1.
