The present invention relates to a body fat reduction device, more particularly, to a device for reducing body fat by using a sonic vibrational energy, far infrared ray wave energy and heat energy within specific frequency and amplitude ranges.  According to the present invention, in a chamber maintained at a constant temperature range, far infrared rays are radiated to a recipient and sonic vibrations within a safe range without destroying cells are also transferred to the recipient, leading to a reduction in body fat.
