PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which facilitates adjustment of inductance and ensures high productivity. SOLUTION: The reactor includes: an annular core 2; a coil 3; and a mold material which integrates the core 2 with the coil 3. The core 2 consists of a linear core strip 21 and a coupling core strip 22, and the coil 3 is attached to the linear core strip 21. In addition, the linear core strip 21 is constituted by alternately arranging I-shaped core strips 21i and gap materials 4 consisting of elastic materials, and adhesives are not interposed between the I-shaped core strips 21i and the gap materials 4. In addition, the gap material 4 arranged between the I-shaped cores 21i is compressed to be adjusted to gap length by which predetermined inductance is obtained, and the core 2 is fixed by the mold material so that this state is maintained.
