<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network multifunction machine that provides higher convenience, when processing printing data. <P>SOLUTION: The network multifunction machine 1 has a function for printing a document shown by PDL data D1 which is described in a page description language. The network multifunction machine 1 includes a printer 19, a text generating part 23, and a memory 12. The printer 19 prints document which is shown by the PDL data D1, on a paper, on the basis of the inputted PDL data D1. The text generating part 23 generates text data D3 which shows the document, on the basis of the PDL data D1 of the document printed by the printer 19. The memory 12 stores the generated text data D3. Hence, if the PDL data D1 is once inputted, it is possible to execute both the printing of the document indicated by the PDL data D1 and storing the text data D3 of the document.
