<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate momentum and exercise intensity of an exerciser by accurately sensing the weight of vertically moved heavy weight blocks, the number of times the heavy weight blocks are vertically moved, and the length of movement. <P>SOLUTION: Time flight of electromagnetic waves transmitted and received by a transmission/reception module is calculated using the heavy weight block separator to stably reflect electromagnetic waves while separating the vertically moved heavy weight blocks.
