<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded member fixing device easily and inexpensively manufactured with a small number of components and easily and surely fixing an embedded member to a form. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An embedded plug 2 provided with a vertical hole 1 inside is mounted inside the form 4 by a mounting member 3 fitted to the vertical hole 1, and a linear member 5 going outside from the form 4 is connected to the lower side of the mounting member 3. A receiving body 6 of a pull-down member is attached to the lower end of the linear member 5, and the pull-down member 8 fixed to a horizontal shaft 7 arranged below is engaged with the receiving body 6 by rotating to one side and detached from the receiving body 6 by rotating to the other side.
