PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a distance larger in a thickness direction between sheets in the vicinity of an opening and to fit a portion around the opening to a wearer, with respect to an absorbent product wherein an absorbent sheet member having the opening and a back sheet are piled up. SOLUTION: In the absorbent product 1, a front pocket 26 and a rear pocket 27 are formed between the front absorbent core 212 and rear absorbent core 222 of the absorbent sheet member 20 having the opening 25 and the back sheet 23. A pair of side sheets 3 are provided on both sides of the absorbent sheet member 20. Both absorbent cores are raised so as to be apart from the back sheet 23 by contraction of a third elastic member 35 bonded to an inner edge 331 of a bonded part 33 bonded to the absorbent sheet member 20 in each side sheet 3. The distance is kept larger in the thickness direction between the absorbent sheet member 20 and the back sheet 23 in the vicinity of the opening 25 and the portion around the opening 25 of the absorbent sheet member 20 is suitable for a wearer.
