<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of enhancing dispensing precision by suppressing the vibration of a dispensing probe in dispensing operation while suppressing the shaking of the surface of a liquid, and also to provide a dispensation controlling method therefor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The analyzer is equipped with a control part for controlling the rotation of a first reagent cold reserving housing 2 and the dispensing operation of a dispenser so as to move a container 2a becoming a suction target to a suction position Pr11 near to the discharge position Pr1e of a liquid sample to suck the liquid sample in the case where the suction positions Pr11 and Pr12 of probes at two places exist in the recommended rotary region Aa of the container, to move the container to the suction position of either one of the probes in two places to suck the liquid sample in the case where the suction position exists in the recommended rotary region of the container becoming the suction target, and to move the container to the nearest suction position to suck the liquid sample in the case where the suction positions of the probes in two places do not exist in the recommended rotary region.
