PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint composition which is contrived to enable to obtain easily a texture of a turf- or grassland-tone, by making a paint composition contain inorganic particles, which are colored with a pigment and have a given size, and fibers of a given length each in a given quantity, and by only one step, that is, by only applying a paint composition. SOLUTION: This paint composition contains at least 5-30 wt.% of inorganic particles, which are colored with a pigment and have a particle diameter of 30-300 μm, and 5-30 wt.% of fibers having a fiber length of 0.5-10 mm. More preferably, a weight (loadings) of the inorganic particles and a weight (loadings) of the fibers are both 5-30 wt.%, in which case the inorganic particles have a particle diameter of 80-180 μm, and the fibers have a length of 2-5 mm.
