PURPOSE: A system and a method for sharing a memory are provided to enable another electronic control device to share a memory prepared in each electronic control device. CONSTITUTION: First to nth electronic control devices(110_1 to 110_N) are connected through a network, and a memory(120) is prepared in the first electronic control device. The second to the nth electronic control devices shares the memory prepared in the first electronic control device through the vehicle network. The first electronic control device is connected to an SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) and/or an I2C through one interface.
