<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector having a floating mechanism which can float contacts fixed to a housing made of one member in the horizontal and vertical directions and in which the required force for floating is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connector includes a housing 10 made of one member and a contact 20 fixed to the housing 10. The contact 20 has a solder connection part 21 which is connected to a circuit board, an elastic part 22 which extends upward from the solder connection part 21 and folds back on the housing 10 side and extends downward, a fixing part 23 of which one end 231 is connected to an one end 222 of the elastic part 22 extended downward and is fixed to the vicinity of the bottom face of the housing 10 by extending to horizontal direction, and a contact part 24 which extends upward from the other end 232 that is opposed to the one end 231 of the fixing part 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
