PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify an unwanted telephone call regardless of the notification/non-notification of a telephone number. SOLUTION: A relay section 11 of this call relay device 10 correlates a telephone number of a transmission source in a call to a telephone number of a transmission destination and registers the correlated information in a call history storing section 12. A call attribute setting section 14 obtains, from the call history storage section 12, a call indicated by a receiving side report obtained from a receiving terminal 31, correlates an evaluation attribute indicated by the receiving side report to the telephone number of the transmission source and the telephone number of the transmission destination in the obtained call, and registers the correlated information in the call attribute storage section 12.
