PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to correctly and surely regulate the temperature of molten steel in a ladle refining, which performs a refining while regulating the temperature of the molten steel and stirring the molten steel. SOLUTION: In the ladle refining method, the temperature of the molten steel is measured during performing the refining, and the temperature of the molten steel 2 is regulated based on the measured value, thereby performing the refining while stirring the molten steel 2. Wherein, when the temperature regulation of the molten steel 2 is performed based on the measured values before and after stirring the molten steel 2, a deviation value from the representative temperature showing the temperature of the whole molten steel 2 is obtained based on the measured values, and the temperature of the molten steel 2 is regulated by obtaining the value to be temperature-regulated based on the deviation value.
