<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire reducing road noise while maintaining maneuvering stability of the tire with a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire T mounted on a wheel W in which a connecting position of a disk 12 to a rim 11 is offset from the center C of the rim width to a wheel surface side, with respect to finishing layers 8o, 8i of a rim cushion 9 in both offset side and opposing-offset side bead parts 3o, 3i, the average thickness Go of the offset side finishing layer 8o is made thicker than the average thickness Gi of the opposing-offset side finishing layer 8i.
