PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-current consumption type signal amplification circuit without significantly increasing current consumption due to the sink/source capacity of a negative feedback amplification circuit or the values of an upper-limit limiting voltage or lower-limit limiting voltage. SOLUTION: The signal amplification circuit 300 is composed of: a negative feedback amplification circuit 240; a lower-limit voltage limiting circuit 230; and an upper-limit voltage limiting circuit 220. Components M16, M17 straddling over the negative feedback amplification circuit 240, the upper-limit voltage limiting circuit 230 and the lower-limit voltage limiting circuit 220 are provided. By controlling the on-state resistances of M16 and M17 when performing clamping operation, a low current consumption type signal amplification circuit can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
