PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an cosmetic dispensing container for application for storing viscous cosmetic such as liquid rouge, in which the viscous cosmetic is dispensed as designed with a dispensing part regardless of the degree of viscosity. SOLUTION: The dispensing part of the cosmetic dispensing container for application has a continuous through hole formed by inserting a top of a rod member raised in a forward cylinder to an end hole of the forward cylinder, so that viscous cosmetics of different degrees of viscosity can be dispensed as designed with the dispensing part.
