The gear has a clutch arrangement controls transmission of torque from a primary shaft (12) to a secondary shaft. The arrangement has a frictional clutch (15) and a displacement drive (16). The displacement drive has a drive gearwheel (36) and an intermediate gearwheel (37'). The intermediate gearwheel is rotatably supported opposite to a supporting element (52) using a radial antifriction bearing (50). The intermediate gearwheel is supported at front sides in an axial direction on a supporting section (44) of a housing (10) using an axial antifriction bearing (58).
