PURPOSE: A multi-layered plastic substrate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve high temperature thermal deformation due to a linear expansion coefficient and excellent dimensional stability and to excellently block gas. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered plastic substrate comprises: a polymer material(100); a first buffer layer(110) including a cured material which is cured on the upper and lower sides of the polymer base through UV curing and thermal curing; and a gas barrier layer(120) and a second buffer layer(130) are successively included on one side of the first buffer layer formed on the lower sides of the polymer material.
