<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent analyzing technique to be used in place of a Western blotting method. <P>SOLUTION: An electrophoretic system 1 for detecting the fluorescence of a sample labelled by fluorescent coloring matter from a gel 6 includes a substrate 8 which has a plane for supporting the gel 6 and the diode 9 arranged on the plane of the substrate 8 in a two-dimensional array form.
