摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brown-sugar fermented product producing a composition enabling rapid reduction in ethanol concentration in blood for reducing risk in drinking. <P>SOLUTION: The brown-sugar fermented product produces a beverage composition containing a fermented product obtained by fermenting brown sugar as a raw material for reducing the alcohol concentration in blood. Fermented liquid produced by fermenting brown sugar into Aspergillus niger exerts effect to reduce the ethanol concentration in blood remarkably and rapidly beyond expectation. The brown-sugar fermented product produces the beverage composition, supplement, drinking supply material and the like each containing such fermented liquid. The composition is taken before intake of an alcohol beverage, at the same time as intake of the alcohol beverage, or after intake of the alcohol beverage to accelerate the reduction in alcohol concentration in blood in an individual organism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
