PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conventional transmission line encoding and new transmission line encoding for a high-rise building. SOLUTION: A transmission method of an OFDM signal uses a frame structure including the prescribed number of symbols in a frame which includes integer pieces of transport stream packets. The method time-divides the frame into slots of each symbol of the prescribed number, transmits a specific service using at least one of the time-divided slots, applies transmission line encoding to each specific service, and transmits at least 12 null packets or at least a PID packet of 12 packets not to be involved in the service at each backward and forward of a border of the slots that transmit different services.
