<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature rise of a heat insulation target in a first heat insulating chamber and prevent temperature decline in a second heat insulating chamber. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Ventilation ports 14, 15 for making air flow between the first and second heat insulating chambers 11, 12 are opened on the upper part of the first heat insulating chamber 11. A cold air passage 18 where a cooling heat exchanger 17 and an air blower 19 are arranged is defined and formed in the first heat insulating chamber 11, and is constituted to indirectly cool the first heat insulating chamber 11 by flowing of cold air cooled by the cooling heat exchanger 17. Upstream side ends 18b, 20a of the cold air passage 18 are opened on the upper side of the first heat insulating chamber 11 to face the horizontal direction, and a downstream side end 18a of the cold air passage 18 is opened on the upper side of the first heat insulating chamber 11 and lower side from the ventilation ports 14, 15 to face the upper direction.
