<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional base isolation support having a simple structure, performing the excellent base isolation action in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, performing the excellent position restoring action caused by the base isolation action in the horizontal direction, and also performing the excellent ventilation action between a foundation structure and an upper structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This three-dimensional base isolation support is composed of base isolation support units C1, C2-Cn being a three-dimensional base isolation support C interposed between the foundation structure A and the upper structure B. The respective base isolation support units are constituted of: (a) a first support part 11 for arranging a plurality of hard ball surrounding bodies 12 formed by surrounding a plurality of hard balls 121 by an outer frame 122 between upper-lower support plates 13 and 14, installing a plurality of elastic column bodies 15 between the upper-lower support plates 13 and 14 and connecting the respective hard ball surrounding bodies 12 to the elastic column bodies 15 adjacent to its bodies; and (b) a second support part 21 laminated above the first support part 11 and filling a large number of elastic ball bodies 22 in close contact by two or more layers between upper-lower pressing plates 23 and 24.
