PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade implement for a vehicle, which is superior in light-shielding property and durability. SOLUTION: The sunshade implement for the vehicle includes a sunshade body, a frame member provided in the outer periphery of the sunshade body, and a suction disk having a suction part a mounting part. The sunshade body is formed of a net-like member having three-layered structure composed of an upper fabric layer, a middle fabric layer, and a lower fabric layer, three layers of the upper fabric layer, the middle fabric layer, and the lower fabric layer of the sunshade body are integrally composed as a fabric, and the upper fabric layer and the lower fabric layer are connected via the middle fabric layer. The mounting part of the suction part has an engaging groove engageable with the frame member, and the frame member is engaged with the engaging groove, so that the suction disk is mounted on the frame member.
