PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the state of a sample in a reaction process of decomposition or synthesis with a stable quality picture at a high frame rate on a real time basis and to perform fluorescence observation in a centrifugal microscope. SOLUTION: On a rotary table 4, as a fluorescence observation means, the centrifuge microscope is provided with: a lighting system 41 arranged opposing to the rotation axis direction of a reaction device 6 and the rotary table 4; an objective lens 8a which emits excited light from the lighting system 41 onto a sample of the reaction device 6; and a dichroic beam splitter 14 which transmits the excited light from the lighting system 41 and which reflects the fluorescence reflected from the sample of the reaction device 6 and transmits the fluorescence to a CCD camera 10.
