PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor for timer setting work corresponding to each time zone in each season or in each day of the week. SOLUTION: This program timer 1 includes: a use state information acquisition part 3 for acquiring use state information of first to third operation object apparatuses 2a-2c installed in a prescribed area at each one hour; an acquired date-and-time clocking part 5 for clocking acquired date-and-time information when acquiring the use state information; an information storage part 7 for storing the use state information in association with the acquired date-and-time information; and a control part 11 for causing the first to third operation object apparatuses 2a-2c to perform on/off operation, in each time zone in each day of the week. The control part 11 is constituted so as to include two control patterns, namely, a day-of-the-week control pattern in which on/off operation control of the first to third operation object apparatuses 2a-2c is performed in each time zone in each day of the week, and a season control pattern in which the on/off operation control is performed in each time zone in each day of the week in every season.
