<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a jamb caused by a shock of an earthquake etc., from hindering opening of an entering door. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This jamb 20 is equipped with an upper frame 21 and vertical frames 22. The upper frame 21 is mounted on an upper side of an opening part of a landing wall 50. The vertical frames 22 are mounted on right and left sides of the opening part of the landing wall 50. The upper frame 21 and each of the vertical frames 22 on the right and left sides are mutually pin-joined. The upper frame 21 and each of the vertical frames 22 on the right and left sides therefore are made rotatable by making a pin-joining point as a shaft. Each of the vertical frames 22 is pin-joined to a bearing installed at a landing floor. When lateral direction force due to generation of force to deform a building by the shock of the earthquake, etc. is applied to the jamb 20, the jamb 20 is deformed into a substantially rhombic shape.
