<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board microphone device capable of enhancing the voice gathering performance of a microphone. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The on-board microphone device 10 to gather the voices emitted from a driver/passenger of a vehicle 100 is quipped with a turntable 12 installed on a ceiling interior 30 of the vehicle 100 and able to rotate approximately in a horizontal plane and the microphone 14 attached to the turntable 12, characterized by that the direction of the voice gathering region SA of the microphone 14 changes simultaneously in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction accompanying the rotating operation of the turntable 12.
