<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front part structure capable of efficiently dispersing load accompanying with movement of a part in an engine compartment to a rear side of a vehicle body at offset collision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicle body front part structure 10 is provided with a pair of front side members 14, 16 arranged on both side parts of the vehicle body making a front/rear direction of the vehicle body as a longitudinal direction and formed such that a front side of the vehicle body becomes a higher position than a rear side of the vehicle body; a sub-frame 30 supported on a lower side of the vehicle body of the front side members 14, 16 at the front side of the vehicle body through a support member 28 and supporting the part 24 in the engine compartment arranged between the front side members 14, 16 while being offset in a vehicle width direction; and a guide part 40 provided on the sub-frame 30 and guiding the part 24 in the engine compartment moved to the rear side of the vehicle body to an opposite collision side while receiving it at offset collision that the front side of the vehicle body of the part 24 in the engine compartment collides.
