<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food dough forming machine sprinkling dust in high efficiency in rolling food dough to effectively prevent adhesion of the food dough. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The food dough forming machine is provided with a pan for holding the food dough, a roller-supporting frame positioned above the pan and vertically movable and horizontally rotatable relative to the pan, and a plurality of conical rollers radially arranged under the roller-supporting frame in a manner to position the tip ends close to each other and uniformly rolling and leveling the food dough by revolving around a vertical shaft of the roller-supporting frame while rotating around the axis of the roller. A dust-receiving pan is placed between the roller-supporting frame and the conical rollers, the dust-receiving pan is provided with a plurality of tapered ridges having circular cross-section and dust-receiving grooves, the conical rollers are rotatably placed in back grooves, and a dust discharging hole is opened on a sidewall of the tapered ridge adjacent to the dust receiving grooves.
