PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium counter which can individually count miniaturized and mixed game balls and game medals and a game medium dispenser which can ensure the size of a game medium storing part. SOLUTION: The game medium counter includes a rotating board 23 arranged in an inclined state in a lower part of a hopper part 22 and having a plurality of game ball classifying holes 25 formed in the periphery of a center of rotation to pass only the game balls 31 and a game medal holding hole 26 formed in the outer periphery to hold the game medals 32 in a lying state, a game medal discharge port 45 to which the game medals 32 held and conveyed by the game medal holding hole 26 are absorbed, the lower end edge part 22a of the hopper part 22 for permitting the game medal to pass to a game medal holding hole forming side and inhibiting the game ball from passing, a game ball counting machine 43 for counting the game balls passing the classifying holes of the rotating board and a game medal counting machine 44 for counting the game medals discharged from the game medal discharge port.
