PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous aluminophosphate crystal having a new composition and a crystal structure that are not observed in conventional aluminophosphates, and to provide a production method of the crystal. SOLUTION: A porous aluminophosphate triethylamine crystal is provided, expressed by general formula (1):(Al<SB>x</SB>P<SB>y</SB>O<SB>z</SB>)-[(C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>5</SB>)<SB>3</SB>N]<SB>n</SB>-(H<SB>2</SB>O)<SB>w</SB>. In the formula, x, y, z, n and w satisfy 1≤x≤1.2, 0.5≤y≤1.5, 4≤z≤8, 0≤n≤1.5, and 0.02≤w≤1.5, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
