PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile communication equipment capable of increasing the number of times for simultaneously performing radio communication in limited radio wave resources even if the number of pieces of mobile communication equipment for performing radio communication by carrier sense systems is increased. SOLUTION: In-vehicle communication equipment 3 performing vehicle-to-vehicle communication by carrier sense systems can communicate with the roadside communication equipment 2 by radio. A storage section 24 and a data transmission section 23B are provided. The storage section stores command information for requesting a decrease in the transmission output of a radio wave in the vehicle-to-vehicle communication directly performed by the in-vehicle communication equipment 3.
