<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove mercury from a combustion exhaust gas discharged from a cement kiln. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for processing the exhaust gas of a cement kiln is equipped with a dust collector 2 for collecting dust contained in the exhaust gas of the cement kiln, a heating device 3 for heating the dust collected by the dust collector 2, a solid gas separation device 6 equipped with a ceramic filter which separates the exhaust gas containing dust discharged from the heating device 3 into solids and gas, and a mercury collector 8 for collecting mercury which exists in a gas phase side of gas separated by the solid gas separation device 6. The heating device 3 can directly heat the dust by gas. The temperature of the exhaust gas containing the dust discharged from the heating device 3 can be controlled to be in the range from 250°C to 800°C. The apparatus is equipped with a classification device 22 for classifying the dust collected by the dust collector 2 or a granulator 32 for granulating the collected dust, and the heating device 3 can heat dust of a fine powder dust side classified by the classification device 22 or granules obtained by the granulator 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
