Heating conductors (5, 6) are embedded in the base plate, and a food receiving device (7) e.g. baking tray and cooking plate, contacts with the heating device by a press connection in an assembled position of the heating device and the food receiving device. The press connection is reversibly detachable, and the heating plate is stationarily arranged in the appliance, where the heating plate is elastically formed.
