METHOD OF PRODUCING ALCOHOLIC DRINK HAVING FERMENTED MALT DRINK TASTE

<p>Provided is an alcoholic drink (liquor) having a fermented malt drink taste obtained by mixing a fermented malt drink having a low alcoholic content such as beer or low-malt beer with a distilled alcohol having a high alcoholic content such as a distilled spirit, for example, shochu or vodka, which is crispy and mild and has a well-balanced flavor; and a method of producing the same. A method of producing a distilled alcohol-containing alcoholic drink having a fermented malt drink taste, which comprises a step wherein a fermented malt drink is mixed with a distilled alcohol and then the above-described fermented malt drink and the above-described distilled alcohol are blended together in the presence of yeast to thereby give a distilled alcohol-containing alcoholic drink having a fermented malt drink taste which shows well-balanced crispiness and mildness.</p>
