FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds forming in vivo a biologically active drug reservoir composition which contains low-viscous nonliquid crystal mixtures of diacylglycerine, tocopherol, phosphatidylcholine and an oxygen-containing organic solvent where a bioactive agent is dissolved or dispersed in said mixture and where compounds form a liquid-crystal phase structure when contacting with a body fluid. Said compounds are applicable for preparing parenteral, non-parenteral and local slow-release drug reservoir compositions.
