PURPOSE: A plasma reactor assembly is provided to supply high-temperature high-speed free radicals to a reactant at a uniform rate. CONSTITUTION: A plasma reactor assembly comprises a base(10), a plurality of electrodes(20), a body(30) and a fastening member(60). The base has an inlet port(11) to let fluid in. The electrodes have an electrical insulation property and are installed on the base. The body having reaction chambers(31) in which the respective electrodes are inserted is coupled to the base and emits plasma formed between the electrode and the inner wall of the reaction chamber to an outlet(41). The fastening member unites the body and the base.
