PURPOSE: A scribing unit and a scribing device including the same are provided to reduce abrasion of a wheel by decreasing friction between a supporting part and the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A wheel(420) includes magnetic force on a surface by including a magnet. The wheel forms a crack on the surface of an object. A pair of housing(440) includes an opposite magnet which faces the same polarity as the magnet and receives the wheel. The housing is separated from both sides of the wheel and includes a pair of support units which supports the wheel. An opposite magnet(430) is formed on the support unit.
