<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder material filling tool capable of improving thickness accuracy and density uniformity even for a product formed into a thin thickness such as a separator for a fuel cell, and to provide a powder material filling method and a method for manufacturing the separator for the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The powder material filling method uses the powder material filling tool 20 which once holds a powder material 30 to be filled in a cavity 11 of a mold 10 by a powder material supporting member 40 such as a wire gauge, makes this falling down by vibration and can cut it by rubbing when the powder material 30, in particular, the powder material 30 comprising heat-curable synthetic resin as the resin type separator for the fuel cell, is used to perform molding in a mold.
