<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery cell having high initial power generation performance and suitable power generation durability performance since a conventional current collection section has problems wherein electric resistance is increased due to a large amount of addition of oxide and power generation performance is low and power generation durability performance is also low. <P>SOLUTION: The disclosed solid oxide fuel battery cell 1 has high initial power generation performance and suitable power generation durability performance. The solid oxide fuel battery cell has at least a fuel electrode 16, an electrolyte 18, an air electrode 20, and the power collector 44a arranged on the air electrode 20. The power collector 44a includes a conductive metal and oxide, the conductive metal is silver and palladium, and the oxide is perovskite oxide.
