PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber band that suitably removes such problems that a rubber band is easily deformable into an unfixed shape and hence easily entangled with another, and it does not attract attention and hence is easily lost. SOLUTION: The rubber band WG includes: a handle 2 that has a plate form structure and has a suction cup structure; and a rubber band body 1 set so as to shrink on a plane substantially the same as the handle 2. The rubber band body 1 that remembers its shape of a circular flat plate like a coin and can be elastically stretched. The handle 2 is provided on the rubber band body 1.
