<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device restraining a delivery temperature rise of a compressor while restraining deterioration of a refrigerating capability, in a constitution, for which a pressure reduction means having a function for keeping a high pressure almost constant in a predetermined range of a refrigerant flow rate is used. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises: the compressor 10 compressing a refrigerant; a gas cooler 20 cooling a refrigerant by heat exchange with air, a throttle device 30 reducing a pressure of the refrigerant; an evaporator 40 evaporating the refrigerant by heat exchange with air; a first blower 21 blowing air to the gas cooler 20; a second blower 41 blowing air to the evaporator 40; a delivery temperature sensor 11 detecting the refrigerant delivery temperature of the compressor 10; and a control device 100. The throttling device 30 has a flow rate characteristic for keeping an inlet pressure of the refrigerant almost constant in a predetermined flow rate range.
