PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a correct hold time by matching advance of a detector internal time due to repetitive sampling with the advance of a real time even if there is a frequency deviation of a clock signal for determining a timing when data is sampled. SOLUTION: The predetermined number of continuous data sampling intervals are considered as a time adjustment period. In one time adjustment period, a number as an interpolation value M of the sampling intervals are lengthened by a predetermined clock count above the other. If the clock signal has a positive frequency deviation, the apparatus internal time determined by the clock signal is advanced ahead of the real time. The time adjustment period of an apparatus internal time reference is lengthened by providing the interpolation value M corresponding to the frequency deviation, and can be adjusted to the time adjustment period of a real time reference determined by a sampling period.
