PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit capable of preventing output from becoming indeterminate even when a voltage lower than an operating voltage of the circuit is used, reducing a chip area, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: A depression type Pch transistor 32 with the input of an inverter 22 connected to the gate thereof, and a depression type Nch transistor 31 with the output of the inverter 22 connected to the gate thereof are provided; the source of the depression type Nch transistor 31 is connected to the source of the depression type Pch transistor 32; the drain of the depression type Pch transistor 32 is connected to a second terminal 2; and the drain of the depression type Nch transistor 31 is connected to a third terminal (output terminal) 102. Even when the voltage of a power source 4 is dropped and an enhancement type Pch transistor 51 and an enhancement type Nch transistor 52 constituting the inverter 22 can not operate, the output 102 of this circuit can be set at an L level.
