PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical surface machining device which can form a smooth spherical surface in a work and improve the machining efficiency of the spherical surface. SOLUTION: The spherical surface machining device includes a work rotating device 22 to rotate the work W and form the spherical surface in the work W rotated by the work rotating device 22. The spherical surface machining device includes a grinding tool 32 for grinding to form the spherical surface on the work W, a grinding unit 6 which can be pressed to the work W rotated by the work rotating device 22 while the grinding tool 32 is rotated, a polishing tool 42 for polishing the surface of the work W having the spherical surface formed and a polishing unit 8 which can be pressed to the work W rotated by the work rotating device 22 while the polishing tool 42 is rotated.
