<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop-woven brush capable of exhibiting cleaning performance sufficiently utilizing the characteristics of the loop-woven brush, and to provide a cleaning brush, a lubricant application brush, and a cleaning device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The brush includes: a base material 21b; and brush bristles composed of a plurality of pieces of brush threads 21c napped on the surface of the base material 21b. The brush bristle is composed of two types, which are a first brush bristle LB1 formed by bundling the plurality pieces of brush threads 21c and flocking them to the base material 21b in a loop form, and a second brush bristle LB2 formed by bundling and twisting the plurality pieces of bundle of brush threads 21c and flocking them to the base material 21b in a loop form. The brush has a plurality of lines arranged such that each line is formed from the first brush bristle LB1 and second brush bristle alternating while meandering. The first brush bristles LB1, which are untwisted, are disposed perpendicular to the direction in which a loop forming surface comes into slide contact with a target body. The second brush bristles LB2, which are twisted, are disposed parallel to the direction in which the loop forming surface comes into slide contact with the target body.
