<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano porous membrane excellent in heat resistance and a micro phase separation structure membrane for easily preparing the nano porous membrane. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The micro phase separation structure membrane contains: a block copolymer or its crosslinked structure having a polymer segment (A) having a side chain including a polymerizable terminal group and a mesogene group, and a polymer segment (B) having a side chain including a polar terminal group forming a hydrogen bond, both segments bonded by covalent bonding; and a compound having a polar group that can form hydrogen bonding.
