<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing tool capable of allowing a product such as an image forming device to withstand an impact from the outside by packing members of small kinds such as an outer box, an inner box and a spacer constituted of a corrugated fiberboard. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Members 41 and 42 having U-shaped section constituting an inner box 40 to surround a product 10 are arranged on the inner side of an outer box 30. End faces 41a1 and 42b1 are opposite to each other with a spacing L1 interposed therebetween, and end faces 41c1 and 42d1 are opposite to each other with a spacing L2 interposed therebetween, respectively. A spacer 35 is inserted in a space D1 between the outer box and the inner box so that a projecting part and a projection of the T-shaped spacer 35 are located in the space of the spacing L1, and a spacer 36 is inserted in a space D2 between the outer box and the inner box so that a projecting part and a projection of the T-shaped spacer 36 are located in the space of the spacing L2 similarly with the spacing L2 interposed therebetween. Plate spacers 37 and 38 are inserted in spaces D3 and D4, the two members 41, 42 having the U-shaped sections constituting the inner box are pressed against and held by the outer box 30, and the product is held so as to withstand the impact from the outside.
